By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee automatically at each renewal period using the payment method provided.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account dashboard on our website or by contacting us at supportGreenCandles@gmail.com at least seven (7) calendar days before your next billing date.

Cancellations received less than seven (7) calendar days before renewal will not prevent the upcoming charge, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

– No refunds, credits, or prorated billing periods will be provided for partial use, non-use, dissatisfaction with the service, or failure to cancel on time.

In the rare event of a technical failure caused solely by GreenCandles Signals resulting in an inability to access the services for a period exceeding five (5) consecutive business days, we may, at our sole discretion, offer an extension of the subscription term.
